Navigate to ‘New Users’ and click SETUP ACCOUNT.

Enter your property address and click SEARCH.

Select the correct property from the list provided on the next page and click PAY NOW.

Input your last name as LASTNAME-2023-24 i.e. SMITH-2023-24 and enter your Unit ID which can be found on the top left corner of part one on your lease.

If you are unable to locate your unit ID, please email or call the leasing office and we will be happy to provide it for you.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR SSN.

Setup a username and password of your choosing.

Choose whether you would like to receive texts/email alerts from RentPayment.com. These updates are not coming from University City Housing, but act as friendly reminders of due dates and account balances.

READ/ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USAGE.

Choose your form of payment. We suggest that you use the e-check option, as there are no fees to the resident associated with this form of payment. PAYMENTS MADE VIA A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD WILL SUBJECT THE RESIDENT TO AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE.

If you choose to pay via a credit card or debit card, you will be asked to choose to either receive a text message or email confirmation. YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE FINALIZED UNTIL YOU RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE.

Review your account information and enter the payment details for a payment.
